Maryland Mental Health Counselor Supervision Group

As a licensed supervisor, I support counselors in developing their clinical skills, navigating ethical decisions, refining case conceptualization, and deepening self-reflection. As an intensively trained DBT therapist (including DBT-PE, DBT-A, DBT for Couples, DBT for Autism) and TF-CBT Certified Provider, I am available for DBT and trauma treatment protocol specific supervision. Additionally, I have spent the last 5 years specializing in supporting those impacted by the Highly Sensitive Person Temperament Trait and other forms of neurodivergence in an internationally. My goal in supervising and consulting with graduate and advanced licensed counselors is to support them in developing the skills necessary to access all of the professional opportunities available to them. Skills developed in supervision and consultation include, and will exceed: accurate client assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, state regulation review, opportunities for growth in private and consultation settings, and treatment integration with a range of modalities (e.g. occupational therapy, functional movement).
