What Is Brainspotting?

During a Brainspotting session, your therapist helps you locate a specific eye position—called a “brainspot”—that corresponds with an emotional or physical experience held in the nervous system. Holding this gaze allows your brain to gently process and release what has been stuck, often without needing to relive the event through detailed storytelling.
